How can I cancel my subscription?

Depending on your subscription package, you may be able to cancel your account.

If you are paying your subscription on a month-by-month basis, then you can cancel your account at any point in time by logging into Wiggle Time and going to 'My Account/ Subscription Status'.

If you have paid for a 6 or 12 month subscription however, your contract with Wiggle Time will be governed by the term of the subscription. This will prevent you from obtaining a refund for any unused period left in the term, should you want to cancel.
