When do I get a Pre-Sale Ticket Tour Alert?

First and foremost, there are two types of tour alerts; General Tickets Tour Alert and Pre-Sale Tickets Tour Alert.

Pre-sale tickets will be made available to Wiggle Time subscribers based on the ticket agencies being able to provide pre-sale tickets.  The Wiggles cannot guarantee that pre-sale tickets will be made available for every Wiggles concert. 

If pre-sale tickets are made available by the ticketing agency, The Wiggles will send out a pre-sale ticket tour alert, with information (including a code word to use when purchasing tickets through the ticketing agency).  This tour alert will be exclusive to Wiggle Time subscribers.

The Wiggles do not control the type of tickets made available via the Pre-sale.  The advantage of Pre-sale tickets is simply the ability to purchase tickets prior to general release, however The Wiggles cannot guarantee that your Pre-Sale tickets will be "the best" tickets.

The General Tickets Tour Alert will be sent out by The Wiggles to ALL Wiggle Time members and subscribers.  This tour alert does not include pre-sale ticket information.
